“A lesson in understated hospitality.”
Fine points, handled with care
Nothing here is showy. Everything is intentional. That is what our returning guests notice most.
Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining levels facing west, designed so that no two tables ever face each other directly. The golden hour here lasts about forty minutes. We have shaped the menu, the music, and the lighting around it for years now.
FIND OUT MORE →Culinary Delights
Three restaurants, one Michelin star, and a kitchen garden whose harvest decides tomorrow’s menu. Our chefs do not invent seasonal dishes — they allow the season to write itself onto the plate, every morning, in pencil.
FIND OUT MORE →Wellness & Spa
Thalassotherapy drawn from the sea below us, treatments from a 90-page menu, and unbroken calm across twelve treatment rooms. Our spa director trained in Kyoto and Marrakech. The result is harder to put into words than it is to experience.
FIND OUT MORE →Live Entertainment
Jazz evenings in the main bar, headline acts in the rotunda, and intimate lounge sets four nights a week. The pianist on Thursday has been with us for years. Some guests travel here solely to hear him play.
FIND OUT MORE →A shoreline retreat, 16 years in the making.
A resort has stood on this shore under our family since 2010. What began with a handful of rooms is now 80 keys across the estate, with four restaurants and two private salons, yet the rhythm has not shifted: slow mornings, long lunches, unhurried nights.
We do not chase trends. We set a standard in our first season and have spent 16 years protecting it, one detail at a time: the linen, the lighting, the length of a pour, the exact temperature of the pool at seven in the morning.
Loyalty is the measure we care about. Around 62 percent of the people who book each year have stayed with us before, and many arrive in the same week, in the same suite, as they did a decade ago.
